The Deliverytime

After the processing of orders, the product will be delivered within 4 days. (The maximum delivery time is approximately 14 days).
For the International items an expected delivery time of 8 to 20 days applies.

The rates

The orders are sent via PostNL (NL) and are provided with a track & trace code. For this we charge the following shipping and handling costs:

• NL: € 4.50

• DUI / LUX / BEL: € 9.95

• EU: € 15.95

• Worldwide: € 25.95

• Free shipping on orders above € 75, – (NL)

Returns

• All returns are properly checked

• Returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt

• All products must be returned unworn and in good condition

• The items will not be accepted in case of stains, damage, strong odors or stains

• If the return does not meet all requirements, it will be returned

• Return costs are for your own account

• Returns are processed within 10 working days
